Linking different workflow tickets automatically

Hi,

We are evaluating jCMDB for our asset management and need your help on how to implement the below requirement:

*Assumption:*
a. Laptop Asset macbook1 with asset id SGL1
b. SGL1 Assigned to user1
c. Helpdesk incident workflow and Asset management workflow is different flow and different JIRA project.

*Case:*
user1 create a HELP DESK support ticket with ticket id-SGH1 to increase RAM size for his macbook laptop from 8GB to 16GB. Help Desk is seperate JIRA Project and different work flow

*Our requirement for this case:*
1. There should be 'link' automatically created in both Asset Management project's asset and also help deskticket as below:

SGH1 reports issue on SGH1
SGL1 reported by SGH1,SGH5 and other reported help desk tickets on this asset.

2. Status of Asset SGL1 should change according to SGH1 automatically.

Appreciate some input on how to implement this.
