Linking issues between two different jira cloud sites

I have two Jira Cloud sites that I'm trying to link issues between. I have created application links between the two sites but when I attempt to create the link to an issue it's unable to find it. Suggestions on what else needs to be done? I've included screenshots.

We link them as web links

I don't see a URL web link option on mine. Only a Jira issue link and confluence issue link.

Looks like they havent completing porting that functionality to the new jira issue view yet. It's available if you switch to the old view.

@David Loszewski looks like they added support for it on the new issue view.
