Hi folks,

we have issues which reappear often, like changing a certain setting in our system. So what I do, is to linking those issues with a "cloned from" relationship.

Now what I would really like to see is a list of all issues which are related with this relationship type, so for example:

  • Issue A is the original ticket.
  • Issue B clones A.
  • Issue C clones B.

Now at Issue C I would like to have list like this, best sorted in a chronological way:

  • Issue C clones
    • Issue B
    • Issue A

Thanks a lot for your feedback!

Matze

I don't think you can do this - what would be easier if you cloned A each time

then you would see all the clones on the 1st ticket.

Hey Stuart, thanks. It's not under my control to create / clone the ticket, I'm only the one who cleans up the mess afterwards ;)

I will try to link them all to one original ticket where all info / documentation can be found.

Anyways, I would like to suggest this clone list as a feature for JIRA, does anyone know where I can submit such a feature request?

Cheers
