While there are none available with me, you may consider writing notes using the content from  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/permissions-for-company-managed-projects/. I did that for this grueling area and found my approach to be very useful.

I am not sure what you are trying to achieve, but my guess is you would like to get a good understanding of permissions in Jira.

Atlassian offers a free course in Atlassian University on configuring and troubleshooting permissions in Jira, which covers both techniques and best practices.
