Listing data center app on marketplace

Heya,

So we were done with technical review for the app created for Jira Data Center. And after that we were asked to head over to marketplace for listing. But when trying to list we can see the message saying "no new server apps can be published by Partners".  

1. Does this mean we can't publish even for Data center? ("Make app public" option becomes disabled the moment I add product as Jira)

2. Given the above, is there any other recommended way, or will the user have to install app only by uploading the .jar file?

Had to mark the app cluster compatible- This link helped.

Hmm, according to the current rules, you should be able to publish a new DC app. If it requires to already have a Server version, then it is a bug in the Marketplace process.
