Log my work after I finished working on it

Deleted user March 18, 2020

So our development finished some developments and our boss asked us to log our work now.

This causes quite some overhead because if you enter 40h into an issue and select a start date, the reporting will show 40h for that specific day which is mathematically impossible.

Is there a way to split up the 40h into 8h for 5 days?

Our default configuration is 1d = 8h and 1w = 5d.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Kind regards,

Dominik

Hi @[deleted] ,

I guess the easy way is to split manually your time log into the 5 days, so 1d for 5 different days.

I don't think there is another native way to do it, maybe you may do this using REST APi ?

Hope this helps !

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for your reply!

Indeed, I didn't think about the REST API. Considering they don't have to log on 100 issue but on ~15, it would be faster to log on the issues directly instead of "programming" a tool that can use the API.

But still thanks :)
