Log out from Jira and Confluence

Dear Team,

 

I can't log into my Jira account for almost 1 week already and would I do to get back to my work? I also subscribe to support but no update to me.

Do you have an admin on your site to help you with this?

 

Also, there is the possibility to reset your password with a recovery link. See link below:

Hi @Benjamin , 

 

My leader also deactivate and reactivate my account and I also subcribe to issue below also but nothing changed.

Have you tried the recommendation provided by the message by logging from a chrome browser on another computer.
