I can't log into my Jira account for almost 1 week already and would I do to get back to my work? I also subscribe to support but no update to me.

My leader also deactivate and reactivate my account and I also subcribe to issue below also but nothing changed.
Have you tried the recommendation provided by the message by logging from a chrome browser on another computer.
The status still the same. It's not working
