Hi All,
I would like to know is there is any provision to track the time logged( not the elapsed time) during a status transition( for eg open to resolved). To be specific, the time logged against the Time Spent field in the Log Work dialog box for an issue.
I have gone through the below link,but what I could infer is that it would help to find the system logged time not the user logged time through the Log Work screen.
