Looking for Board hardware management template

I need to manage multiple different types of electronic boards, also need to track assignment of boards to different users and rework tracking.

Please suggest best Jira platform and sample forms if available.

I'm not entirely clear on your requirement though:

1. You want to track different types of 'electronic board' - do you mean use different kinds of boards to help manage different kinds of work? Jira supports Scrum and 'Kanban' style out the box. 

2. You mention 'track assignment of boards to different users' but you wouldn't assign a whole board to a person normally - are you meaning assignment of tickets? Jira works for that

3. You can track rework (along with bugs, incidents etc) via Jira
