Hello:
We use JIRA to run production schedules and work assignments at our Printing & Packaging plant in Pune, India. I have been using JIRA successfully for a while now, however both my knowledge and bandwidth are limited in terms of customization. I was wondering if there is a channel where I can get in touch with a developer on a retainer or fixed project based assignment to help us customise our workflows.
The real help I need is in:
1. Ability to create dynamic forms at the time of issue creation. Based on the selection in a drop-down data picker field the form fields should change.
2. Ability to create summary reports for certain processes - overdue tasks, delayed tasks, average time take for certain issues etc.
I hoping that the Atlassian community points me in the right direction.
Thanks!

Hi @Mohit
You should contact Atlassian Partners in India, they have experience doing these customisations and can suggest the best options for you. However if you already are comfortable with Jira administration then may be spending a bit more time learning and exploring yourself might be a better option for you.
I can suggest some apps that can help you, based on my previous experience doing similar things for other clients ( in Pune :) )
I hope it helped.
Ravi

Hi @Mohit
For your second requirement, you can try out our plugin,
Agile Tools : Epic Tree & Time in Status
The add-on provides the time spent in each status for the entire lifecycle of the issue. You can also combine your statuses to define your Resolution time and also extract the transitions history of the issues. Along with various Issue stats reports, you get additional features like Epic Hierarchy, Links Hierarchy & Worklogs Report to track the project's progress. The main features of the app are as below
