Looking for a way to get custom built reports on the amount of one issue type vs another issue type

Hello, 

I am currently looking for a way to build a custom report that would give the number or percentage, for example hotfixes vs devfixes by month. What are the best ways to do so?

You can use a pie chart or 2D filter statistic gadget and select issuetype as a statistic. Does that give you what you need?

@Jobin Kuruvilla [Adaptavist] seems like that will work. I guess I just will need to create custom filters and then just apply them in a pie chart. Thank you!
