Looking for best time tracking addon

Hey,

We use Jira to manage our business processes. We want to improve them and find bottlenecks. 

Currently, we have data about how long Issue was in particular status. But, our process involves many users in different roles, so now we want also to focus more on their work and measure real worked time. We care only about logged work not about estimated or remaining.

We would like to make reports and group data (time spent on issues) by:

- User (to see capacity)

- Project Role 

- Issue Labels

- Our Custom fields

- Status / Transition (to see which part of the process is most demanding)

On the other hand, we need a simple and easy solution for the end user like, just enter time while making the transition or sth like that.  

Could you recommend any software which would be best for that purposes?

I like the addon 'Automated Log Work' because it's simple to use and provides enough configuration without being too bulky from an administrator standpoint.

@Rafał Nowakowskias far as I understand it, you' d like to be able to analyze time bookings in JIRA in different ways. This business requirement results from the consideration to increase the effectiveness in the daily work, to find possible bottlenecks and to get a better overall view.

The probably best possibility to realize both with only one extension is a reporting app like eazybi. eazybi offers various reporting options based on the data stored in JIRA - including  analysis on logged times according to...

Currently, we have eazybi and it works great but we have only data stored automatically by Jira/ jira suite utilities (Time in each status). But now we need software which will allow us to measure real logged by user effort. Then this data we would view by addons dashboard gadgets or still with eazybi.
