Hi Jira experts,
I'm a new Jira user (with no "administrator rights") and looking for a report that can show the change of status (who made the change and when) for all of the Jira items assigned to my team (10+ members).
I am aware of the "history" tab, but that is specific to one JIRA item.
***Update***: To add, I am looking for a standard solution and not paid extensions.
Thanks in advance,
Shaji
Hi @[deleted]
One possible way many companies handle audit requests on data retained in Jira is by using the Better PDF Exporter app. They can create self-containing, immutable PDF documents that auditors or other third parties accept and can access without logging into systems.
You can select the issues to be included in the PDF reports and use a built-in template to export the change history of all the issue fields.
See an example here and more in the PDF Export Sample Gallery:
As inspiration, read how Auric Systems, a data security company prepares SOC 2 and PCI reports from Jira for audits.
(Please note that Better PDF Exporter is a paid and supported app and I'm part of the team developing it.)

The question is for Cloud, while that app is Server-only, unless I'm mistaken.
