New to Jira and Balsamiq. The integration looked compelling. Spent time (lots of time) creating a balsamiq wireframe attached to a Jira story. Went in and out of balsamiq and even switched to another story and back. The wireframe was there. Later went to show someone the wireframe and it was gone. Don't know what happen. As a developer I'm pretty comfortable with software. Unlikely I deleted the file inadvertently but who knows. The attachment name went from RR-8.bmpr to RR-8_1.bmpr.
I'm using a next gen project. Tried to find the old file by searching in different folders where it seems attachments are located - https://halix.atlassian.net/secure/attachment/10005/RR-8_1.bmpr - 10005, 10004, 10003... but didn't find it.
Does it still exist? Are there known issues around the balsamiq integration? Could this be a Jira next gen issue? Any ideas?
