Mac OSX screenshot not working

hi there,

i have JIRA on-demand and on my Mac, i am not able to use attach screenshot feature. it hangs! i read a few posts but no luck! one said to enable Java 6!!! there must be a solution as i am not alone on this.

i am using Java 7 update 45.

The default way to make OSX screenshot is by pressing "Shift"+"Command"+3/4 to snapshot the whole screen or any selected area. Besides, you can use this Free Screenshot Capture, which features as screenshot taking, images editing, uploading and sharing. You can give it a try!

Hi Parham,

Could you please tell me which browser you are using(ie browser name and bit). Did you followed the steps to capture the screen shots in Mac given by atlassian.
