Mail handler authentication

Hi all,

Should I be able to use a shared mailbox instead of a user mailbox in JIRA? Instead of using a user mailbox I want to use a shared mailbox. The account that connects to the shared mailbox does not have a mailbox. It only connects to the shared mailbox. It has been granted full access on the shared mailbox. 

During the creation of the mail handler the authentication fails.

Who of you got this working?
