Maintenance Notification for Jira and Confluence Platforms

Hello, good afternoon.

I've been without JIRA service since Friday, April 11th. Does anyone have any idea when it will be available again? My internal workflow is being affected.

Thank you for your response, @Manoj Gangwar . 

My plan is the Free edition, however, the Maintenance Notification indicates that any downtime should last no more than 120 minutes per customer. I’ve been without access to the JIRA service since Friday, April 11th.
