Make a field required in one step of workflow.

I like to make the Fixed Version required field when a ticket is getting Closed but not before it is Closed. Is there a way to do that?

Use a field required validator from JSU plugin in your closed transition and add the Fixed version Field to the screen you use in the Close Transition.
