Manage test case in JIRA.

Using the link https://blog.testlodge.com/how-to-write-test-cases-in-jira/ I configured my JIRA project to write test cases in it. That is fine but now for my project, even if I go ahead to create a task or Sub-bug, it shows me the fields for the Test Cases only.

I want that when I select the issue type as Test Cases then the test case related fields should populate and when I try to create task then the standard task related fields should populate.

Hello @Swadeep Singh and welcome to the community.

You'll have to configuring a field configuration scheme for that. Within that scheme you can associate an issue type with a field configuration. So Test Cases and Task then can use different field configurations.
