I am having issues with managed accounts, I claimed our Domain, which had 10 accounts that were associated, but I cant do anything with these managed accounts. I am trying to add them to a specific group, but I cant do that. I'd like to know what steps need to be taken in order for me to add managed accounts to groups so i can manage access to specific apps.
below steps you need to follow:
Go to admin.atlassian.com and select your organization.
Select Directory > Groups.
Select the group you want to add users to.
Click Add group members and search for the user(s) you want to add.
Select Add users 2.
WHen I try to look up the managed account user, it doesn't show up, or am i going to the wrong part?

You may have to look the user up by email. That is the correct view to add users. If this is an LDAP group you cannot add member to them. Can you try to create a new group and see if you can add the users to it?

Managed accounts and groups are different. When you've claimed your domain in Atlassian Access/Guard and the user accounts become managed accounts, that gives you visibility and control. That is connected to something like LDAP. From there the only way to add users to an LDAP group is through LDAP. You can create a new group in jira and add them to it.
To add them to a group just click on the COG and select User Management and you will see Groups, there you can edit and create groups. Or am I missing the problem here?

When I go to User Management, Groups, I create a new group and try to look up the managed account user, it doesn't show up. Am I doing something wrong?
