Who can manage Componets (add, remove)? Only Jira administrator? If I insert 1 new component under X project. This is will be chooseable only from X project? Other projects cant use it or if its not defined in a screen?!
the project administrator(s) can manage the project specific components. As far as I know, components are part of the project and can only be used within the project.
