Managing Sprint Capacity in Greenhopper

Is there functionality in Greenhopper/Jira that allows me to manage sprint capacity. I currently use a spreadsheet that calculates the overall available hours for the Scrum team based on the number of sprint days, time allocated to stand-ups, planning/retro and demo for every sprint. Non-development hours such as, vacation time and training is also considered and adjusted.

GreenHopper does not have this functionality. GH tracks the results of Planning meeting, actually not conducting those meetings. Also the standard practice for estimating using Poker cards also is not present in GreenHopper.
