Mandatory textfield while creating issue in one project

Hello, is possible to create mandatory textfield while creating new issue?

I need to create aprox. 7 mandatory textfields while i creating new issue in only one project.

Can i create mandatory textfield without any plugins?

JIRA version is 7.3.6

First of all you need to create custom text fields and assign these fields to your create screen.

Then, you need to create a Field Configuration and set these custom text fields required.
