We have a number of templates we have created over the years in text files that we used to be able to copy and paste into Jira Cloud.
It now seems as if none of the Markdown works and we can no longer build properly formatted templates and store them in text files.
Was this by design? If yes, what was the reason for this change?
Additionally, where do I find a list of acceptable tags for this forum? The site will not allow me to use "markdown" as a tag.
