Marking Epic as Done

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When I try to Mark an Epic as Done I get an error. See the following error attached. I am the administrator for the application. I used to be able to do this now I cant. I closed out all issues in the epic and it still doesnt work. Any suggestions?

You're seeing this message probably because you don't have the 'Edit Issues' permission in the permission scheme of this project.
You can fin the permission scheme under your project settings menu:
