We have more teams where a merged roadmap with epics would be great.
We have standard licens. We cant do premium for all users with advanced roadmap, since it would only be few persons who would need the overall overview.
Is there another way for me to export all epics OR tags with the information needed to visualise the roadmap?
For other tools similar to Atlassian JIRA there is different user levels with a different cost pr user. I find this approach to reflect the best value.
Is Atlassian planning to differentiate the user level with a cost?
Someone know of a link to their future release roadmap?
Trust you are well.
If you would like to consider Marketplace Apps in our Release Management & Roadmaps App you can create a release board aggregating fixVersions for different projects. You can also add "virtual" versions - either Epics or versions derived from custom JQLs.
You can use Board, Timeline and Calendar views for different presentations. Plus enjoy release notes functionality with custom templates.
Feel free also to subscribe for demo session.
Cheers,
Yuri.
thanks I will check it out

Hi Alex - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
There are some Marketplace Apps that might do what you need, but I don't know if they are more cost effective for you or not as they would also be based on the total number of users in your Cloud instance.

Helo @alex.nielsen
With the current pricing plan, I would suggest you create a separate project which has a clone for each epic and then use it to visualize on a Roadmap. Since the epics would be cloned these would always reflect the latest status.
Also, Automation rules can be leveraged to create the clones.
