Merge request clickable link

In the new version, the link in the merge request block is not clickable.
When I have for example a block with:

[a] http://www.google.it
[b] http://www.google.it

This link is not clickable but when the page is in loading for a little moment these links are clickable( I see the classic color blue in the URL ).. But when the load is finished these links are not clickable...

Could you explain what is "the merge request block"? Where is it in Jira? Or are you asking about Bitbucket? Maybe screenshot will be helpful.

In the previous version these link are clickable
