I have two questions. Before I get into the questions, here are a few important details:
I am administrator on two Jira plans and a users in third.
Questions:
1. What logon screen would provide a clean view of all recent activities in each of the three (if any)?
2. Am I able to query data from each of the 3 to develop automations and reports?

Thanks for the details. If I understand correctly what you want is to be able to have a joint vision of the three plans you have mentioned. Understanding that you have access to the three projects, you can have a joint vision with one of these options:
