Hi,
Is it possible to format / strip out certain aspects of the comments in Jira? Please see the example below (and this is only half of the page!).
The signatures are used company-wide, so each ticket ends up with pages and pages of content which needs to be scrolled to find the important part of the issue.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to natively remove images/signatures from inbound emails as documented in various forms here:
You can have this functionality via a third-party app called Enterprise email handler for Jira. If interested, please see the vendor documentation here: Handling signatures replies and forwarded messages.
The easy way would be configuring JIRA to strip old parts of an email. The problem with this however is that the strip depends on the mail service’s way of showing what is an old email.
However still start with configuring your incoming mail handler to strip old emails.
