Meter readings and Admin

Hello JIRA,

 I have a couple of questions.

1. Most of our work is technicians going out to do field work, that being said, does this System have a functionality where we can enter start and end meter reading so that we can know how much fuel is being used? 

2. Is it possible to have Assignee's only see their jobs?

1. You could create 2 custom fields for that. With something like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.innovalog.jmcf.jira-misc-custom-fields/server/overview (disclaimer: haven't used it) you can calculate the difference between the 2 fields to report on it.

2. Yes. Take a look at permission schemes.
