We have a Jira Service desk board but we just found that we will need to migrate our task to Jira software in order to organize it with Kanban method.
Someone can help us and give us tips to solve this issue?

Actually Jira Service Desk Don't have any boards. Boards are related to Jira Software.
If you want to show JSD project issues on Jira Scrum / Kanban Boards, you may need to create JQL which represent issues from JSD project.
Once JQL configured within the board, the issues from Jira Service Desk project issues will be shown on Boards.
