Migrate workflows

Hi,

Is there a way to move workflows from one JIRA instance to another, for example we have a Cloud instance and an On-Premise instance and there are few workflows configured in the cloud instance is it possible to export and move the workflows from cloud instance to the on-premise instance.

• In the source instance, go to the Administration/Issues/Workflows and view the workflow that you want to copy over.
• Select the Export/As Worflow from the drop-down on top of the workflow: this will save a *.jwb file.
• In the target instance, go to the Administration/Issues/Workflows.
• in the top right select Import/As Worflow as navigate to the above *.jwb file.

Thanks for the response, is it possible to import XML workflows into JIRA cloud as well? In JIRA cloud i see "Import from Marketplace" option only.
