Migrating Jira and Confluence to another Cloud Instance

Hi All,

We are working on migrating our Jira and Confluence to another Cloud Instance. Is there any documentation/ Checklist that can guide/walk us through? 

I will be exporting Jira and Confluence so I want to make sure what's the best option.

XML, vs Excel vs backup and restore.

Migrating shouldn't be that difficult if you don't have apps involved, when you do, you need to see how to backup and restore each app configuration of possible at all
