Migrating Jira installation to another server along with version upgrade

It is required to move Jira installation to another machine within the organization for hardware resource issues and also it is required to upgrade the installation to a newer version to address some of the ISG observations.

We will be requiring onsite/online support from a technical person for the same.

Depending on how complex your installation is this can suffice (tests in a lower/non-production environment are always a good idea, though!).

Sort of a general advice: Atlassian Community is a place where volunteers help people looking for help and exchange. It is not a support tool per se - havin this said please be noted that you phone number is visible "to the internet", you might want to remove it.
