Hi there,
My company just decided to make the move from ClickUp to Jira, and when making the migration we're losing A LOT of epics, even some that are in progress with open tasks (which are not being migrated neither); anyone has an idea of what is happening?
Thanks!
Alexia
Hi Alexia - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Did you use the built-in create project function in Jira to create the project and migrate the data? Or did you do it by another manner?
Indeed we used the built-in flow to migrate everything, which worked very well for some projects, and not so well for some others where epics and tasks disappeared.

Hi @alexia_bernas , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post.
I would contact someone from ClickUp about this issue as it likely depends on what you are able to export, what you can then import into Jira.

In terms of migrating from a non-Atlassian tool to Jira, this is typically something a solution partner would help with. You can reach out to someone in your area for help, but there would be a cost for this - https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/
Best wishes

What's even weirder is that some epics do migrate, and some don't, so we're very confused (not sure it has to do with ClickUp).
