Migrating from OpenLDAP to Microsoft Active Directory.

We currently have approximately 4500+ users that authenticate against an OpenLDAP server. All groups and permissions are managed inside JIRA. However, we will soon me migrating from OpenLDAP to Microsoft Active Directory. I haven't been able to find this outlined clearly in documentation, but I was wondering what process is there for migrating our users to a new Authentication Directory?

We are currently using standalone version 4.4.3, but will be upgrading to the latest 5.1.x version in the next few weeks.
