Migration Assistant not listing all projects

I am following this video tutorial to migrate a project from one Atlassian site to another. The source site has more than 10 projects.  However,  in the source project selection, it is listing only one project. 
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi @Sudeep Khire, please review the configuration settings on the source site. Check if there are any restrictions or custom settings that could affect project visibility.

Thanks, Patricia. I haven't put any such restrictions. The project settings are the default for all of them. The only difference is company-managed /team-managed. The project that is displayed in the list is company-managed and all other projects, including the one I am targetting to migrate, are team-managed.  Can you point/hint to any specific setting that I should check?
