Migration Jira from windows to Linux platform

Hi all,

so I have to migrate Jira from linux to windows. I created the backup and everytime I try to restore the backup on the windows server the backup process stops and restarts the Jira configuration just like it would be a complete new installation. If I try to proceed with the configuration I get an error with the code 500 "Sorry, we had some technical problems during your last operation" after I try to create a new admin user. Anyone that faced that problem too and could help?
