Hi All,
I would like to ask you. Currently, we plan to do migration from JSD to JSM. Previously, one of our project that using JSD has a kanban and scrum board, if we migrate it to JSM, is there any impact for the kanban/scrum board that we have?
Then, if it has an impact, what should we prepare ?
Please give an advice about this.
Thanks
Hi @Brant Schroeder ,
Thanks for your comment. Our client has an access to comment under the tickets. Would you like inform me, after migration to JSM, whether the comments will be deleted/lose?
Thank You.

If you are moving a JSD project to a Jira Software project your boards should be fine. Your Jira software license actually provides you with access to the boards on a JSD project. You will lose things like JSD queues, customer portal, etc. that are associated with the JSD project when you move to a Jira Software project.

@Engla Raafi all the comments would remain but your customers would loose access to them in the Jira Software project.
