Migration from Server to cloud - failed updating attachments and Zephyer

Hi,

We're on the process of migrating Jira from Server to cloud (v7.11.2?)

I read all the docs and tried to follow what was in there. I was able to migrate all issues but had problems as follows:

1. Attachemetns/Avatars and logos were not updated
   1. I zipped the attachment folder in server uploaded to Attachment import - it didnt show the attachment in the JIRA items
   2. I zipped everything (including items xml) as instructed in the specific folders structuture and uploaded to system import -> it failed
   3. I zipped only attachments + avatars+logos in the directory structure specified in docs -> could not see attachments in JIRA items
2. Zephyr items been migrated but without the steps!! - only task description.
   1. I tried in several ways mentioned above together with importing issues only -> same results
   2. I tried to import using Zephyr importing tool (we have items in many projects). But something didnt work there when tried to use XML import.

We are already using the cloud JIRA so we better not do another full system restore.

Faced a similar issue with Zephyr migration to the cloud. However, in our case, we were only running a pilot hence deferred the decision to go to cloud.

This limits your options to just repairing the missing stuff manually.  You'll need to upload avatars and logos manually, then I would write scripts to go over the attachments and re-attach them via the REST interface.

I know Zephyr was not able to do imports of everything last time I looked, but I don't know if the Zephyr team has any way to fix this.

did upload avatars and logos manually, but what exactly should i do with the  attachments?
