Migration to Another Server

When we migrating JIRA to new server with Same database instance (Deployed separately), Will all the email handlers, Sub version repositories restore to new server ?

In addition to Nic's answer, please don't forget to change the JIRA Base URL in order to reflect the new server name in case JIRA is not running behind a reverse proxy.

All the configuration you do in the GUI will be transferred as part of the database.  You won't need to think about email handlers, source repository configuraition and so-on.
