Migration to cloud can't complete due to board with an 'in-existed' (sic) filter

Some time ago I accidentally deleted a filter that was used by a scrum board.   I re-created the board and went on with life.   I'm now trying to migrate a project to cloud jira and it fails in data preparation due to:

2024-09-02 17:29:24.869 ERROR CROSS-PROJECT-DATA project-export Board 'XXX scrum' is referring to an in-existed saved filter ID: 10012. [JCMA 135] Configure an existing filter for this rapid view.

However there a currently no available boards in Boards -> View all Boards.  

I think the board is there but not visible because of the broken filter.   

How can I untangle this mess?

I found a solution.   I don't need to migrate boards and licenses.   Once de-selected the preparation was successful.   My migration is running!
