As a beginner on Jira, I see that I cannot make a Gantt, so I would like to know how to create milestones on a roadmap.

Another idea is to create a new custom issue type and call it "Milestone". You can decide what fields you need for a milestone, and create Milestone tickets and include them in your plan.

As far as aI know, Jira doesn't have a feature for milestones but you can look at addons in the marketplace that may help with your use case. These other posts may be helpful:
