I have read in atlassan terms of service that i must not submit personal data of children under 13 or under the age of Digital consent under applicable laws, and in privacy policy that atlassan services are not intended for people under 18. So if i am under 18 i cannot contact support of platforms that uses atlassan as a help desk provider? Or the minimum age for atlassan services, as stated in terms of service, Is 13 or the age of digital consent in my jurisdiction? In my jurisdiction the age of Digital consent Is 14 years.
I am asking this question in Jira topic because i discovered that help centers of third party platforms that uses atlassan as a provider, these help centers are provided by Jira.
I have selected "i dont know" option in "hosting type" mandatory field because since i currently do not use atlassan services apart help desk of platform i mentioned, this Is the only option that i can select
Hi Gabriele- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Just to verify, you are asking about children going to a JSM portal to submit a ticket request for support?
Yes, i have contacted support of a platform that uses atlassan as a help desk provider (Jira service management), and i have read in atlassian privacy policy that atlassian services are not intended for people under 18, but in these minutes when i am writing, i have read some atlassian products user agreements, and i have read that the minimum age to use atlassian community, developers services and Cloud services the minimum age Is 16, and for training the minimum age Is 13, so why in the privacy policy there Is written that atlassian services are not intended for people under 18? In addition, if i am under 18 i cannot contact support of a platform that uses atlassan as a help desk provider?

I have sent 2 answers because only now i discovered that replies can be edited, i have edited the First reply to you, so my second reply about what means JSM i cannot delete It but since I edited my first answer, that second answer is no longer needed. JSM means Jira service management, right?

I am pretty sure those terms of service apply to people like us who create things with the tool, not just those who are submitting things via the help desk. If that were the case, it would be required to post those T&Cs on the help desk portal.

Yes, but in that help center there Is written that i must accept privacy policy to use It, and Is the privacy policy of atlassian, in general, that states that atlassian services are not intended for people under 18, but i do not understand why there Is written this, since in atlassian terms of service , including atlassian specific terms of certain services and products, have Age restrictions of generally 16, and training terms of service states an Age restriction of 13

You should probably contact Atlassian Support and get their feedback.

I think you are fine to use JSM to report things to a company that uses Atlassian.
If you want to develop Atlassian things or be part of this community, you are supposed to be over 18 years old
I am not a lawyer. But let's keep youth and children safe in our communities.
I'm not going to ask how old you are :)

Atlassian community terms of service and atlassian developer services terms of service states that users must be at least 16 years old, not 18, i am asking why in privacy policy there is written that the minimum age Is 18
