Mirgration from JIRA Server to JIRA Cloud

Hello Team,

While migrating the data from JIRA server to JIRA cloud, we also migrated the JIRA worklogs. However these worklogs are not visible.

When I use JIRA rest API to fetch the worklogs, I get the old worklogs which has few fields empty like below.

I want my Worklogs for all the issues of different projects to be visible on JIRA Cloud. Could you please let me know what went wrong here.

Hi,

can you tell us excatly what you mean by "not visible in Jira Cloud"?

As the users from your Server version do not exist in the Cloud version the worklogs connected to them might not be visible due to permission restrictions.

Based on the your response from rest api request, if it will be server release I would please reindex. Unfortunately, reindexing is disable on Cloud.

Have you tried to ask from Atlassian support ? via getsupport.atlassian.com
