The attachment section in the JIRA Issue View is missing, it is JIRA Software- self managed

Check the attachment field is added to the view issue screen and also check in the field configuration page if the field is hidden or not.
Also, you need to check the permission on the specific project.
Or click on admin -> "Where is my field?" and provide the name of the field then you will be able to view the status of the field.

I did below setting:
System-> Attachments -> Edit Setting -> Turn 'ON' all parameters
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
There are 2 conditions that needs to be fulfilled to see and use the Attachments field:
1. In you permission scheme - you need to belong to a role that has Create Attachments permission
2. In your Field Configuration Scheme for the issue type Task, make sure that the Attachment is not Hidden
Also, the fileld Attachments should be put on your screen. However, in the View mode with the Attachment permissions added, you can use this field in the drag and drop mode.
