Missing Workflow Import XML Button

I am trying to import a workflow I created on my test system (downloaded version of Jira on my system) into our On Demand system. I created the xml file by exporting just fine. But when I go to import it, I am not seeing the Import from XML button. Can you please point me at what I may be missing?

You need to be a JIRA System Administrator to do that. I think JIRA OnDemand doesn't make you one!

Just to confirm, importing workflow XML is not allowed in onDemand as perd doc : http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Restricted+Functions+in+Atlassian+OnDemand#RestrictedFunctionsinAtlassianOnDemand-JIRA
