Missing details in Jira Update emails

Hi Jira experts, we work with a Vendor who shares their instance of Jira and recently we have observed that the notification emails do not include any content of the update. Is this a setting which may have been updated recently on our side, in how we receive the updates, or on the vendor's side? Do you know what setting would be causing this lack of detail? See sample email content below. TIA.

Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)

I would like to inform you these modifications were implemented as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security.

Here are the steps you can follow to address these changes:

  1. In adminhub, click “Security” → “External users” page
  2. Ensure Email and notification visibility is set to Allow

  3. Update the policy
