Hi,
In the basic search inside Jira software project, in the "more" button are not listed some fields, if I go to JQL I can search for thos fields. is this a error?
this could cause usability problems.
is there any way to configure that always appears the advanced search when a user clicks in the "Issues" menu?
Best regards,
Yes, I used the "Issues" option in the navigation panel.
I see this as usability problem, am I the only one? how can be notified to Atlassian?
The user go to issues option, can not find all fields in the "more" button and he has to start looking for other way to do the search....
There is a Give Feedback option available within Jira. You can use that to provide feedback to Atlassian.

Hello @carlos_marin
You appear to have gone to the Issues option in the navigation pane. From here your searching options will be limited. You cannot change the fields that appear in the More list.
If you want the full field list, you will need to navigate to the full system Issue Search screen. From the Filters menu select Advanced Issue Search at the bottom of the list. This will take you to the system-wide issue Search screen where all the fields are available in the Basic search.
