The filter count gadget was available for Dashboards on our cloud instance last week, but this week, it is missing and any dashboards that were using the gadget now have missing gadgets and the stats have disappeared.
I spent a very long time creating these dashboards, it's a bit frustrating to have lost all that work.
Is anyone else on cloud experiencing this?
Good evening,
we are facing the exact same problem. We used the gadget in the past (see screenshots below) and suddenly it disappeared. If anyone has an idea about the reason and how to fix it I'm really happy to hear it.

Hi @Dawn Hall -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I do not believe there is a built-in dashboard gadget named "Filter Count": https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-dashboard-gadgets/
Would you please confirm the exact name of the gadget which you are not finding? And/or, do you have a captured image of an example of that gadget on a Jira dashboard?
Kind regards,
Bill

Thanks, Dawn!
It appears that gadget is only available when you have the Service Desk products from Atlassian, or your user specifically has a license for it. Did your company recently stop using that tool or did your user access to it change?

Your Jira site admin should be able to check those questions for you.

Hi @Dawn Hall,
It works on my instance too.
Be aware that our Great Gadgets app offers a gadget named Advanced Issue Filter Formula that allows applying from simple (COUNT, MIN, MAX, SUM, AVG) to complex math formulas against the fields of issues from up-to 6 filters. Here is an example.
So not just simple counts, but also percentages, sums, KPIs etc.
The app offers many other gadgets that you will find useful for project tracking. Have a look over our blog to see how many things you can track with this app.
Thank you,
Danut Manda

Hi @Dawn Hall
On my instance I still have the gadget and its working also.
The only option that could have happened is that someone removed the gadgets, or might have filters used in the gadget been removed?
There's no option in Jira to remove gadgets form the system itself.
If the above is not the case, I would advise to raise an issue with Atlassian Support, to have support investigate your instance.

Thank you for confirming.
It seems to have disappeared completely, but the filters are all still there! I will raise an issue with Atlassian support.

Hello, Good day. I confirmed that filter count gadget is working on my instance. Is it possible any one removed the gadget from dashboard ?
